HOW TO COOK?
How do I cook Yum Yum's hand made Frozen Dumplings?
Answer: You can cook your dumplings base on your personal preference:
Boiled: Use a medium sized pot fill up with 70% water, wait till water is boiling, throw our delicious dumplings in the pot, let it roll in the boiling hot water for 2 minutes(meat ones) and 1.5 minutes(viggie ones), or (dumplings are floating on top water and looks almost explode)
Pan fried: If you like your dumplings crispy, continue after the boiling process(shorten the boiling process to 1.5 minutes(meat ones) and 1 minute(veggie ones), get them out of the boiling pot, let it cool off(make sure they don't stick to each other), when the water are all dried off from previous boiling process, then prepare your pan, spray some butter or vegetable oil(enough to cover surface but not over flow, it will be greasy), put your already boiled dumplings one by one on the pan, pan fry both sides for roughly 1minute(make sure stove is on medium)
